Need to get away and relax? Located off the beaten track, yet minutes away from major attractions are delightful self-contained cottages located on the Garden Island of Kauai.

Classic Vacation Cottages is located on the south side of the island in the quaint town of Kalaheo, just 20 minutes from Lihue airport, 7 minutes by car from the golden beaches and playground of Kauai’s world renowned Poipu beaches, and a 5 minute drive to picturesque Kukuiolono Golf Course atop a prime vista point in Kalaheo with unobstructed ocean views and course fees of only $7.00!  A twenty minute drive takes you to Waimea Canyon - "the Grand Canyon of the Pacific." Tennis and jogging are close by. Within a few minutes walk of the cottages, guests will find a variety of shops, stores, restaurants and the post office.

About our cottages ...

Tastefully decorated, furnished, and totally equipped for maximum comfort are 2  homes, 4 cottages and 3 studios, most featuring antique stained glass windows. 

• Every home, cottage and studio kitchen includes all the necessary equipment and every unit has color cable television.

• There is FREE use of beach towels, chairs and mats; snorkel equipment; tennis racquets; golf clubs; bicycles, BBQ grills, coolers and boogie boards for our guests, as well as a hot tub.   

• All our guests have unlimited FREE use of the ten tennis courts at the Kiahuna Swim and Tennis Club in Poipu. The club also has a pro-shop on site.

GARDEN VIEW COTTAGE #1 is a large cottage with wood vaulted ceilings and stained glass windows that run along the roof line. There are 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, walk-in closet, and sitting area. The second bedroom has it’s own private entrance off the lanai with a queen size bed.  This unit has a full kitchen and one bathroom with a shower.  The living room area has a sleeper couch and a sliding door to the lanai. The lanai is partly covered and partly open to the sun, has a table and chairs, and a beautiful garden view. This cottage sleeps 1 - 6 people.  (Photos)

GARDEN VIEW COTTAGE #2 is a large cottage with a full kitchen, private bathroom with shower, living room with 3 couches – 2 are single size sleeper beds, and a dining area with a glass top table and chairs. The separate bedroom has a queen size bed, ceiling fan, closet and a sliding glass door to a covered patio which overlooks the water fountain, bird feeding area and flower garden. GARDEN VIEW STUDIO #3 is a large studio unit with a living area that has a full size sleeper couch, glass top dining table, full kitchen, private bathroom with a shower, and a bedroom area with queen size bed. The French Doors lead to a garden view lanai which is equipped with a table and chairs.  The living room area has wood cathedral ceilings and a ceiling fan. There is a floor fan by the bed. Decorative beveled edge windows accent this unit. This studio sleeps 1 – 4 people.  (Photos)

BASIC STUDIO #4 is a basic one room unit with a queen size bed, ceiling fan, closet, private bathroom with shower, and a kitchenette. This studio sleeps 1 - 2 people. (Photos)

NEW STUDIO #5 is a large studio with a queen size bed, private bathroom with shower and sitting area with sofa, glass top dining table and a full kitchen.  The bedroom area has cathedral ceilings and a ceiling fan.  The kitchen/dining area has a large picture window.  This studio sleeps 1 - 2 people.  (Photos)

OHANA STUDIO I is a large one room unit with a queen bed and one twin bed on a raised loft. It has a private bathroom with shower, and large kitchenette with an eating counter and round glass top dining table. It sleeps 1 - 3 people. (Photos)

OHANA HOUSE II is a large beautiful home with three bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, large living room and dining room surrounded by windows, and a full kitchen. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and private half-bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and one twin bed.  The third bedroom has two twin size beds.  Both the second and third bedrooms share the full bathroom which has a shower and tub. This house has a large covered lanai (deck).  This home sleeps 1-7 people. (Photos)

HILL TOP COTTAGE  is a 2 bedroom cottage with each bedroom containing queen size beds.  It has one full bathroom and a full kitchen.  The living room has cathedral ceilings and a queen size futon couch.  This cottage also has a small lanai and sleeps 1 - 6 people.  (Photos)

LAKE VIEW HOUSE is a two bedroom home with hardwood floors throughout. There is a bathroom with shower and tub, two bedrooms with queen size beds, full kitchen, glass top dining table and a living room with a queen size futon. The view from the back of the house faces a small lake and mountain backdrop. This house sleeps 1 - 6 people. (Photos)
